Client Background:
FIGGY PLUM is a growing cloud kitchen brand that offers a wide variety of homemade-style meals through online food delivery platforms. With no physical dine-in space, their entire business depends on digital presence, food ordering efficiency, and customer engagement through online channels.

Challenge:
As a fully online food service, FIGGY PLUM needed a strong web platform to manage orders, display their menu, and provide a seamless customer experience. Before partnering with us, they relied only on third-party delivery apps, which limited their brand identity and direct customer communication. They wanted to have their own ordering website to reduce dependency and build brand loyalty.

Our Solution:
We built a custom web application focused on speed, simplicity, and clarity. Using Angular for the frontend and CodeIgniter with REST API for the backend, we developed a user-friendly platform where customers could browse menus, place orders, and even save their preferences for future visits.

The design was lightweight, mobile-friendly, and reflected the warmth and freshness of the brand. We also created a content system to showcase chef recommendations, new items, and special deals.
